Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with Platinum Panther LLC, trading as "Legendz", as operator of the Legendz version of the Legendz platform available at legendz.bet (the "Website", the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service from the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Important regulatory notice for UK users: Legendz does not hold a remote gambling licence from the UK Gambling Commission. The Service is offered as a social gaming and sweepstakes-style promotional platform. It is not regulated as gambling in the UK, is not on GamStop, and is not covered by UKGC-approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes or UK-mandated funds protection rules.
Effective date: These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply to all access to and use of the Service by users located in the United Kingdom from that date.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:
- Operator means Platinum Panther LLC, also identified as "Platinum FYI", which owns and operates the Legendz social gaming platform at legendz.bet, including Legendz.
- Legendz or the Service means the social casino, social sportsbook and related features made available by the Operator via the Website, including all games, peer-to-peer betting-style functionality, sweepstakes-style promotions and any associated applications, tools or content.
- User, you or Player means any natural person who accesses or uses the Service, creates an account or participates in any game, promotion or sweepstakes-style activity on the Website.
- Account means the personal user account registered to a Player on the Website, through which the Player accesses the Service and any associated virtual items, credits or promotional entries.
- Virtual Credits means any non-monetary, non-redeemable in-game credits, coins, points, tokens or similar units made available on the Service for entertainment purposes only, which do not represent real-world money and are not electronic money, deposits or stored value.
- Sweepstakes Credits or Promotional Credits means any virtual units that may be used to participate in sweepstakes-style promotions in accordance with the separate Sweeps Rules available at https://legendz.bet/sweeps-rules, which may in some jurisdictions be redeemable for prizes or other benefits.
- Bet or Wager means a selection you make within the Service (for example on a virtual event, a peer-to-peer market or a game outcome) using Virtual Credits or, where permitted under the Sweeps Rules, Sweepstakes Credits. For UK users, Bets and Wagers are offered strictly as social gaming mechanics and are not real-money gambling transactions under UK law.
- Bonus means any promotion, reward, offer, free credits, matched credits, sweepstakes entries or other incentive granted by the Operator subject to additional terms and wagering or usage requirements.
- Wallet means the virtual ledger within your Account that displays your balance of Virtual Credits and/or Sweepstakes Credits and related bonus balances.
- Website Rules means these Terms together with any game rules, Sweeps Rules, bonus terms, privacy notices, responsible gaming information and other policies published from time to time on legendz.bet.
Account Registration
Eligibility and age verification
- Minimum age: You may create and use an Account for Legendz only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. By registering, you confirm that this is true.
- Location and legality: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Service from your location (including from the UK) is lawful. The Operator does not represent that the Service is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions and may restrict or block access from certain territories at its discretion.
- One Account per person: You must not create or use more than one Account, share your Account with others or open an Account on behalf of any other person.
Registration process and KYC
- Account creation: To register, you must provide a valid email address, choose secure login credentials and complete any forms requested on the Website. You may be required to verify your email and/or mobile number before using the Service.
- KYC and verification: The Operator may, at any time (including in 2025 and beyond), require identity and age checks using third-party verification tools (such as government ID verification and proof of address dated within the last three months). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date documents when requested.
- Refusal and closure: The Operator may reject a registration, place limits on an Account or close an existing Account where verification checks cannot be satisfied, where information appears inaccurate or where it suspects misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or breach of these Terms.
User obligations and security
- Accurate information: You must ensure that all information you provide (including name, date of birth, address and contact details) is complete, accurate and kept up to date. The Operator may request evidence to confirm or update such information at any time.
- Login details: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any authentication credentials. You must not disclose them to any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
- Notification of issues: If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission or used in breach of these Terms, you must notify the Operator promptly via the support channels described on the Website.
- Responsible use: You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment and not for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud or underage access.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Nature of the Service and bets
- Social gaming model: For UK users, Bets and Wagers on Legendz are offered strictly as social gaming experiences using Virtual Credits and/or Sweepstakes Credits. They are not real-money gambling products regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, and traditional UK gambling consumer protections do not apply.
- Types of gameplay: The Service may include social casino-style games, peer-to-peer markets powered by Novig's technology, social sportsbook-style markets and sweepstakes-style promotions. Specific rules, payout structures and mechanics are described within each game or in the Sweeps Rules and game help pages.
- Display of rules: Before placing any Bet or participating in any game, you must familiarise yourself with the applicable rules, including any minimum/maximum stakes, prize tables, odds displays and settlement conditions shown on the Website.
Placing, modifying and cancelling bets
- Placing Bets: A Bet or Wager is considered placed and accepted once it is recorded as "confirmed" in the Service's systems and reflected in your Wallet balance. The Operator may decline a Bet or limit your stakes at its discretion.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stakes for particular games or markets are determined by the Operator and displayed on the relevant game screen or rules. The Operator may adjust limits at any time, including during 2025, for risk management or technical reasons.
- Modification and cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by the system, you generally cannot change or cancel it. The Operator may, but is not obliged to, void or adjust Bets in the case of obvious errors, malfunctions or rule breaches.
Game conduct and chat behaviour
- Fair play: You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit bugs, use automated tools (bots), collude with other players or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning or fairness of the Service.
- Live and social features: Where the Service offers live games, chat rooms or social features, you must behave respectfully and lawfully. You must not post or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, spam, or that promotes illegal activities.
- Fraud and misuse: The Operator may suspend or close Accounts, void Bets, remove Virtual Credits or Bonuses and report matters to relevant authorities where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, abuse, underage participation or other serious misconduct.
Bonus Terms
Bonus eligibility and activation
- Bonus offers: From time to time (including throughout 2025), the Operator may offer Bonuses such as free Virtual Credits, matched credits, Sweepstakes Credits, free entries, leaderboards or other promotions. Each Bonus is subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms.
- Activation conditions: To receive or activate a Bonus, you may need to meet qualifying conditions (for example registering a new Account, verifying your identity, logging in on specified days or performing certain in-game actions). Eligibility criteria will be described in the relevant offer or on the promotions page.
- Non-transferable: Bonuses, Virtual Credits and Sweepstakes Credits are personal to you, have no independent cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged except as expressly allowed by the Operator.
Wagering requirements and use of bonuses
- Wagering rules: Bonuses may carry wagering or playthrough requirements, meaning you must place a specified number or value of Wagers with eligible credits within a given period (for example, within 30 days of bonus receipt) before any associated promotional benefit is considered completed.
- Eligible games: Not all games or markets contribute equally (or at all) toward wagering requirements. The contribution of each game type will be specified in the relevant Bonus terms or in the Sweeps Rules.
- Expiry: Bonuses and associated credits may expire if the wagering or other conditions are not met within the stated timeframe. The Operator may, in its absolute discretion, amend or withdraw a Bonus before full completion where necessary for legal, technical or fairness reasons.
Prohibited actions and combination of promotions
- Bonus abuse: You must not engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, colluding with others, using automated play patterns to exploit promotions, or deliberately seeking to circumvent wagering rules.
- Game restrictions: Certain games or features may be excluded from Bonus play or may be capped at specific stake levels when using Bonus funds. Such restrictions will be set out in the offer terms where applicable.
- Combining offers: Bonuses and promotions may not be combined unless the Operator expressly permits this. Where multiple offers are active, the Operator may determine the order in which bonuses are used and may restrict overlapping eligibility.
Payments & Withdrawals
General nature of credits and funds protection
- Virtual nature of balances: Player Wallet balances on Legendz primarily represent Virtual Credits and/or Sweepstakes Credits. These are not deposits, bank balances, electronic money or segregated client funds. They are digital units used within the Service.
- No UKGC funds protection: The Operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence and is not subject to UKGC funds protection or segregation rules. Your Wallet balances are not protected by any statutory compensation or trust arrangements and are not covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
- Risk acknowledgement: By using the Service, you accept that the value of your Virtual Credits and any entitlement to prizes or redemptions may be lost if the Service ceases to operate, suffers technical failure or the Operator becomes insolvent.
Deposits, purchases and payment methods
- Purchases of credits: Where the Operator offers the ability to obtain additional Virtual Credits or Sweepstakes Credits in exchange for real-world funds, such transactions are treated as purchases of digital entertainment items and not as cash deposits for gambling purposes.
- Payment methods: Available payment methods may include, without limitation, debit cards, certain e-wallets and, where lawfully supported, other online payment solutions or cryptocurrencies. The specific methods available to you will be displayed in the cashier or purchase section of the Website.
- Limits and fees: The Operator may set minimum and maximum transaction amounts and may adjust these at any time in 2025 and thereafter. Any applicable fees, exchange rate impacts or third-party charges (for example from your bank, card issuer or crypto provider) are your responsibility and will not generally be reimbursed.
Redemptions, withdrawals and refunds
- Redemptions under Sweeps Rules: Where the Service allows Sweepstakes Credits or prizes to be redeemed for cash or other rewards, such redemptions will be governed by the Sweeps Rules at https://legendz.bet/sweeps-rules. Eligibility, processing times, limits and any identity checks will be described there.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process approved redemptions or withdrawals within reasonable timeframes, but makes no guarantee of processing speeds. Additional verification (including KYC checks) may be required before any payout is processed.
- Refunds: Once a purchase of Virtual Credits or Sweepstakes Credits is completed and available in your Wallet, it is generally non-refundable. The Operator may consider refunds or adjustments only in exceptional circumstances (such as a duplicate transaction or proven technical error) and always in its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Operator obligations and service availability
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure that games and peer-to-peer markets operate fairly and that outcomes are generated or settled in accordance with the published rules and any applicable randomisation or peer-to-peer mechanisms.
- Technical security: The Service uses industry-standard security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption with trusted certificates (such as Let's Encrypt), to protect data in transit. However, no system can be completely secure and the Operator cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Maintenance and changes: The Operator may suspend, modify or withdraw any part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons, including throughout 2025, and will where reasonably possible provide notice on the Website.
Exclusions and limitation of liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions, delays, failures, corruptions or inaccuracies in the Service caused by network issues, hardware or software failures, third-party services, power outages or similar events.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses (including loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if reasonably foreseeable.
- Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim relating to a specific Bet, game or transaction is limited to the value of the Virtual Credits, Sweepstakes Credits or prizes at stake in that specific instance, and in all other cases to the lesser of (i) the total monetary amount you have paid to the Operator in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (ii) an amount reasonably proportionate to your demonstrated loss.
Non-excludable rights
- Consumer protections: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including any non-excludable rights you may have as a consumer under UK law where such law applies despite the choice of foreign governing law.
- Information only: The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or other professional advice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of content and software
- Proprietary rights: All rights in and to the Service and the Website (including software, source code, databases, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, animations, audio, video and user interface design) are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service via a standard web browser or authorised application for your own private entertainment.
Restrictions
- No unauthorised copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Service or Website content without the Operator's prior written consent, except as strictly necessary for normal personal use of the Service.
- No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate or attempt to derive the source code of any software used in the Service, except to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law and, where permitted, only after giving prior written notice to the Operator.
- Third-party content: Any third-party trademarks, logos or content that appear on the Service are the property of their respective owners and may only be used with their permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Data processing and privacy policy
- Privacy commitments: The Operator processes personal data about Users in connection with the operation of the Service, including for identity verification, security, responsible gaming, service improvement and compliance purposes.
- Privacy Policy: All collection, use and sharing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available at https://legendz.bet/privacy-policy, as updated from time to time (including in 2025). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Data rights: Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data (for example, access, correction or deletion). Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
Updating these Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify or replace these Terms at any time where necessary to reflect changes in the Service, legal or regulatory requirements, or business needs, including throughout 2025.
- Notice of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, for example by email (if you have provided an address), by notice on the Website, via an in-service message or by updating the "effective date" at the start of these Terms.
- Continued use: If you continue to access or use the Service after the new Terms become effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and may request closure of your Account.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User
- Closing your Account: You may terminate your use of the Service and request closure of your Account at any time by following the instructions in the Account settings or by contacting support via the channels listed on the Website.
- Effect of closure: Following closure, you will no longer be able to access your Account, and any remaining Virtual Credits, Bonuses or non-redeemed promotional items may be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in the Sweeps Rules.
Suspension and termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, cancel Bets, remove Virtual Credits or Bonuses or otherwise limit your access to the Service where it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or misconduct, failed verification checks, or where required for legal, regulatory, security or responsible gaming reasons.
- Notice: Where reasonably practicable, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and any steps you may take to address the issue, unless it is prevented from doing so by law or legitimate security considerations.
- Funds and credits on termination: Where your Account is closed by the Operator (other than for serious breach, fraud or unlawful conduct), it will in good faith consider any outstanding legitimate redemption requests in accordance with the Sweeps Rules. Any remaining Virtual Credits that do not have redemption rights may be cancelled without compensation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable law and arbitration
- Primary governing law: Except as otherwise required by mandatory local law that cannot be excluded, these Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of a state within the United States of America, such as the State of Delaware or the State of New York, as designated by the Operator for arbitration and dispute resolution purposes.
- Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service or any Bet or promotion may be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration seated in the United States, in accordance with the arbitration rules specified by the Operator from time to time. The language of arbitration will be English.
UK users and mandatory protections
- UK consumer rights: If you are a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, you may benefit from certain mandatory statutory rights (including under UK consumer protection laws) which cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
- No UKGC or ADR recourse: As the Service is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, you do not have recourse to UKGC-approved ADR providers such as IBAS in relation to disputes about the Service. Disputes are handled internally by the Operator or via the arbitration process described above.
